Phil has over 30 years of experience in information technology (IT) management, IT consulting and IT Auditing.

Phil is a certified information system auditor (CISA). His work with Control Solutions has focused upon working with clients to rationalize their SOX General Computer Controls and in helping clients to enhance their IT controls through controls remediation and quality assurance.

Phil is a key contributor in delivering ongoing training to our IT consultants and in contributing to ongoing development and enhancement of our IT methodologies, tools and training materials.

Phil has performed many IT audits including: IT GCC controls, Disaster Recovery, Help Desk, GLBA reviews, information security assessments, and IT governance reviews. As a Senior Manager, Information Risk Management, for KPMG LLP, Phil provided risk advisory and IT audit services, including financial audit support, system controls reviews, software selection, business continuity planning, SAS 70 reviews, and information security and project risk management reviews. Phil spent two years as IT Audit Director for a large and global manufacturing firm.
