Michael Rousseaux has twenty-six years experience with IBM specializing the areas of technical sales and support, project management, systems integration, market development, education and hardware repair. Extensive experience on the AS/400 platform in the areas of systems design, installation, education, problem determination, application design, networking, performance analysis and capacity planning.

Twelve months experience with Progress Software Corporation providing development level support to customers deploying Client/Server applications in heterogeneous environments.

Most recently worked with Lotus Development as a Senior Certified IT Specialist responsible for Notes/Domino, Workplace and Portal technical sales and implementation in financial institutions around New England.

Current position is WW Systems i Offerings Manager for Collaborative Technologies.
